Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Lakers Hockey

Refund Policy It is the policy of Lakers Hockey Club that player fees will be refunded only if the refund request is submitted prior to evaluations. No refunds will be issued for: Injuries Suspensions Withdrawal from the program after evaluations Any other circumstance occurring during the season The $500 registration deposit/evaluation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. USA Hockey membership fees are non-refundable. Uniform & Equipment Refunds Uniform and equipment package fees will only be refunded if the order can be canceled with our supplier without incurring additional charges. Once orders have been submitted by the organization, Lakers Hockey Club cannot guarantee a full refund for uniforms, equipment packages, or related apparel.
