This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover account information available.

Fees are due in full at time of registration

AHAI requires all players to purchase 2026-2027 season USA Hockey Insurance directly from USA Hockey. All players must provide their USA Hockey Registration Number during the online registration process. Please have this number available before you begin the process.

USA Hockey is requiring all players 17 years of age or older on or before December 31st of that playing season to complete the SafeSport Training.

"Player Code of Conduct" and "Parent/Spectator Code of Conduct" Agreements must be signed and submitted with registration.

A Sports Physical Form must be submitted to the Registrar for the season.

These forms should be downloaded from the 'Documents' section under the 'Resources' tab in the header of this page.

We must verify that each player is eligible to play in our league.

Therefore, we must ask to view, or obtain a copy of, New player's Birth Certificate before the player can participate in any of our activities, including evaluations.

All Players must present their current School ID or some form of documentation that show proof from one of the participating school systems that are part of our Laker's Program.
