Pete Hummel

Pete Hummel started his hockey career playing hockey for the Lincoln-Way Knights hockey club for 4 years during High School. From there he went on to play collegiate hockey for the Southern Illinois University Roller Hockey club

where they took 13th in the nation his junior year. After graduating college, Pete went on to play in adult hockey leagues throughout the northern Illinois suburbs. Currently he is playing in the Kenosha Men’s League. Pete has been coaching at the Peewee, Bantam, and High School levels for the past 4 years. Pete’s coaching philosophy is one of skill development, Hockey IQ, teamwork, and fun. The goal is to develop young players, while fostering and building a passion for the game for generations to come. Pete lives in Antioch with his wife Dawn. They have three children Alden, Heather, Heidi, and a dog named Skates.
