Coach's Notes:

Lakers Philosophy and Season Outlook

The philosophy of the Lakers hockey program is to provide an opportunity to develop physical and mental habits that allow all players to excel in hockey as well as life.

The Lakers look to build a team with a positive attitude, self discipline, and a good direction for the future.  The coaches believe with these qualities the team and organization will continue to improve.

The 2007- 2008 season should be another successful season as we look to build on the 13-9 record from the 2006- 2007 season.  With the return of quality seniors and the new freshmen and sophomore class the Lakers team is balanced from top to bottom.  The seniors will need to lead by example this season and help to keep the focus of the younger players which are sure to see plenty of ice time.  Thank you for your support and we hope to see you at all the Lakers games.
